Overview

Wallfly Pty Ltd uses a limited number of trusted third-party providers to support WF Airport operations.

These providers act as sub-processors and only receive data necessary to perform their functions.

Sub-Processors

Amazon Web Services (AWS)

• Purpose: Cloud hosting and infrastructure.
• Data: May store and process event data within secure environments.
• Location: Primarily Australia, with global infrastructure for operational support.

SlideCrew

• Purpose: Presentation management system.
• Data shared: Limited to name and email address only.
• Role: Enables presentation upload and management workflows.

Data Minimisation

Wallfly ensures that:

• Only the minimum required data is shared with sub-processors.

• Operate under contractual data protection obligations.
